PRO GOALIE CAMP
YOGA
Stability and elasticity are a physical peculiarity of a goalie. Daily, goalies will be able to work on these two points in addition to working on the mental which is a very important side for a goalie.
SPECIFIC COORDINATION
Eye-hand coordination, related to the ability to go in cruise mode, being able to control the feet (quickfeet), tracking and reto combined with active goalie development.
CUSTOMIZED ANALYSIS & SOLUTIONS
Introduction to the potential of tagging in the goalie world, custom and personalized analysis of each goalie with emphasis on his or her peculiarities, and 1-to-1 discussion on how one can improve his or her style or performance. Each registered goalie will need to provide 1 or 2 games for analysis so that the coaches will be ready in July with the feedback.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONING
During the camp, an athletic trainer will follow the goalies, showing them various examples of what can be done in preparation to work on a structural conditioning adapted to the role. Programs will be custom made in a good porcentage.
SPECIFIC ICE TRAININGS
Specific ice sessions that will touch on specific points of goalie play and skating,.
SPECIFIC WORKSHOP
A sportsman is a calibrated machine where every little detail can make a difference. Fields such as nutrition and recovery, mental training or social media management are, by now, crucial in an athlete's life.
Several of these topics will be touched upon during the camp in ad hoc workshops to help the athlete manage everything that revolves around his or her sport and role.
